Nude

Nude was created in Munich the summer of 2014. A very special project where each choreographer had to create a piece within a week. A project initiated by Karl Alfred Schreiner for the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz. What happens when a creator has to work fast? What happens to the work? There is a fresh breath from the dancers, an excitement on stage which transfers to the audience.

The dancers are completely open to new tasks and are willing to try anything.

The final section of the piece was danced completely Nude. All 20 dancers joined in a proud naked dance together. Their confidence and strength made us forget that they were naked. A truly inspiring and great project which I am grateful to have experienced.
