At the museum
World premiere 27 September 2008, The modern museum Stockholm.
In September 2008 Ekman created five installations for the Modern Museum in Stockholm together with the Cullberg Ballet and students from the Ballet School in Stockholm. 40 dancers entered the museum and spread out in 6 different installations. In one of the installations 20 dancers moved in slow motion for 6 hours non stop as an experiment. And in another the dancers became the museum objects themselves standing inside large glass boxes.
Later these installations became a part of Ekmans Triptych – A study of entertainement.
